Billy Skitt with guitar

I'm finding my sound as a solo artist after years of playing in bands. There's something raw and honest about stripping it down to just a voice and a guitar—no hiding behind a full band, just the music and the moment.

My sound lives somewhere between pop-country and folk, with a bit of rock n' roll grit thrown in. I take songs from artists like Zach Bryan, Charley Crockett, and Lord Huron and give them my own edge—maybe punk them up a little. It's music for people who appreciate a good song, whether that's at a local brewery or a neighborhood coffee shop.

The Journey

Before going solo, I cut my teeth playing in Auto Shop Rules and Greasy Species. Those years taught me what it means to perform—to connect with an audience, to read a room, to make people feel something.

Now I'm taking everything I learned and channeling it into something more personal. Just me, my guitar, and songs that mean something.

Book Me

I'm available for private parties, breweries, corporate events, coffee shops, and venues across the Colorado Front Range. If you're looking for live acoustic music that's professional but not stuffy, let's talk.
